Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator - Temp

Job Location: Raleigh

IntelliChoice is a fast-growing home care and medical staffing company that strives for excellence with all of our employees and clients.

This will be a temporary, 14-week position. Pay will be $15/hr with full paid Medical while on assignment. We're shooting for a start date of July 28, 2022.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Provide excellent customer service and general HR support to branches.
2. Maintain employee personnel files, including ensuring annual compliance items are completed.
3. Process all required documents and assist with notifying employees of upcoming compliance items due.
4. Assist with coordinating, processing, and entering new hires, including assisting with ensuring employee compliance prior to their first shift.
5. Provide support to branch managers and clinicians, including notifying offices of upcoming compliance items due for external employees.
6. Assist with ensuring database rosters are accurate and up to date.
7. Assist with other Human Resource related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
Human Resource or compliance experience preferred.

Education:
High School diploma is required. Associate or Bachelor's Degree in HR-related field preferred.
